SSN is a movement method created for you to find freedom in your body, develop strength in your movements and cultivate a deep physical and mental awareness. Created by Sarah Sadie Newett, a professional dancer and aerialist, SSN is about the art and science of movement, drawing from Pilates, yoga, and dance to help you move through life with greater ease, grace and control.
Based on Sarah’s extensive understanding of the body, SSN sessions are dynamic yet balanced and disciplined yet inspiring. Sarah creates uniquely challenging and diverse workouts developed to support her clients in their journey towards freedom, strength and awareness.
All sessions at SSN are private and semi-private tailored specifically for you. Combining Pilates, yoga, dance and rehabilitation practices into one, Sarah uses her keen sense of feeling and incredible understanding of the body to create a practice that matches your lifestyle and goals.
SSN is a fully integrated program with full-body exercises and a mind-body approach that allows you to build strength and shed new light on basic movements in order to increase flexibility, improve posture and rehabilitate injuries. Whether you want to focus primarily on finding more control and comfort in your body or enhance your physical passions without physical burnout, SSN offers balance to all aspects of your movement practice.
Sarah celebrates each client’s unique needs and goals in a one-on-one setting so that you feel safe and supported to find freedom in your body’s flow by learning how the body works and how to make it work better. You’ll develop the strength to build mental and physical endurance that creates an inner and outer confidence, and cultivate a new sense of awareness in which you can move out of habitual response patterns towards full ownership of yourself and your movements.
